Baylage highlights is the most popular request currently in salons .This French coloring technique that is applied freehand and creates depth and dimension. It can be done on most hair lengths, but shows up best on shoulder length shoulder length hair or longer .Ombre highlights/color is an alternative technique that the hair color is placed for an artistic look where evenly colored darker hair is placed at the roots gradually transition into a lighter shade at the ends.Ombre means two toned and is usually a more dramatic look that can be done with colors black to red or to just a more contrasted blond.
